Ryan graduated from Appalachian State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Graphic Design.  She put her communications degree somewhat on hold to pursue a career in real estate.  After a year and a half in the residential field, she joined Commercial First Real Estate focused solely on Commercial Land and Retail deals.  In 2005, she became a partner and in 2007, she purchased the company from the founders.  During this time, some of her clients include Bojangle’s, Walgreen’s, Wachovia, Wal-Mart, Captain D’s, Wendy’s, Sonic, First Colony Heatlhcare, and Brenner’s Hospital.  While running Commercial First, she was introduced to the importance of energy efficiency in commercial and industrial buildings by a group out of Orlando, FL. From there, she and Lorin began Celadon Resources and made their vision a reality.

She currently serves on the City of Hickory’s appointed Business Development Council, she has been a Board member of Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors since 2002 and Family Guidance Center of Catawba County since 2007.  She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and First Presbyterian Church.

On her days off, she spends time on the lake or playing sports with her husband, Chris, and two sons, Griffin (5) and Banks(1).

After Jeffrey finished high school from Fairborn Baker High School, Jeffrey attended and graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical Institute and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Business Administration.

Jeffrey now has over 25 years of experience both domestically and internationally as an airline pilot in the Airbus A-320 and the Boeing 727.  To parallel his education, he worked primarily for USAirways/USAir/Piedmont Airlines while planning and developing real estate on his days off.  He has developed an airport, hangar facilities, marina, and large residential subdivisions.  He successfully completed the Long Island Airport and Yacht Club Subdivision. He is in the planning and development stage of luxury condominiums in Winter Park, Colorado. Alongside his development of property, he has been involved in airport management, corporate affairs and customer relations.

Jeffrey currently resides in Troutman, NC, with his wife (Traci) and daughter, Savannah, and still enjoys flying as a hobby.

Lorin Weaver

After attending Gardner Webb University, Lorin owned and operated Kathryn's of Hickory, a gourmet food and wine store which had one of the top three wine stores in the state at the time. The stores were located in Hickory (3), Asheville, Blowing Rock and Lexington, NC. After selling the business in 1994, Lorin started a wholesale division call Weaver Wholesale Co. which operated in three states distributing gourmet food products and had numerous wholesale customers including Lowe's Foods. He started Hickory Smokehouse BBQ with one partner in 1986 and it continues to thrive in Hickory today. In 1992 founded the Old Hickory Brewery which was sold in 1994 and the now owners have 3 locations in Hickory and a large distribution business in Western North Carolina.

After getting out of the day-to-day operations of his restaurants in 1993, he co-founded Foothills Land and Development Inc. and Highland Home Builders. Foothills developed large residential communities in Hickory and around Lake Norman, such as:  Windsong Village, Wagner Pointe, Magnolia Place, Abernethy Park, Lake Shore and The Falls at Cloninger Mills.  He sold the business to his partner in 2008.  Lorin and his daughter Ryan started Celadon Resources in 2008 as a Sales, Marketing and brokerage company specializing in commercial energy efficiency.

Lorin just completed his term on the Board for the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce and the Land Use Board, and he is an active member of Lake Hickory Rotary Club and attends First Presbyterian Church.  His volunteer work includes working the Annual Galaxy Soccer Tournament and the Sabbath Soup Kitchen.  He has been married for 39 years to his wife, Craig, and together they have a son, daughter, and 2 grandsons.
